Handmade blue agate ball clasp measuring approximately 16mm round and fitted with steel interchangeable mechanism. This zingy blue clasp goes particularly well with blacks, creams and greys and is pictured here with our steel mesh necklace.

At 16mm it suits our finer necklaces creating as it does contrasting scale. However, it will still look attractive on beads up to and including 16mm round.

A small gold plated steel cylinder clasp measuring 16mm long by 12mm in diameter this clasp is suited to our finer beaded necklaces and pearl strands ranging from 8mm to a maximum of 12mm in diameter. This is an elegant and contemporary piece and it is often a first choice to finish newly restrung pearls, straddling as it does the contemporary and classic.

Pictured with 8.5 to 9.5mm round silver grey pearls we love the warmth the gold brings to the pearls creating an almost bimetal appearance.

14mm interchangeable steel ball clasp. This directional matt finished steel sphere can be worn to the back as a discrete closure on pearls or as a feature with any of our steel mesh or wire multistrand necklaces. It’s compact size means that it is a good choice for bead strands up to 14mm and it lends itself to being worn in series with another larger clasp by way of a steel adaptor. It is also available in 16mm and 20mm.

Handmade lapis lazuli ball clasp measuring approximately 19mm round and fitted with gold plated steel interchangeable mechanism. Lapis is a perennial favourite and its navy blue goes particularly well with other blues, creams and greys.

At 19mm it is a good sized clasp and suits necklaces from 10 to 18mm as well as our steel multistrands.

Differing in tone from traditional tiger’s eye with its yellow and brown banding this interchangeable 16mm clasp has flashes of red and dark brown visible from all sides. Like tiger’s eye it is a natural companion to golds and pearls and is pictured here with a 50 row golden wire multistrand necklace.

Handmade turquoise ovoid clasp measuring approximately 23mm long by 17mm wide with steel interchangeable mechanisms. A highly polished and vivid turquoise blue with fine black inclusions visible from all angles, this clasp is particularly versatile sitting equally well with blacks, creams, browns and purples to name a few.

Suggested combinations: Black onyx, smoky quartz, black rubber, steel or blue agate (pictured).

Gold plated steel oval clasp measuring 15mm in length by 11.5mm at its widest. This is one of the smaller clasps in the range and is best suited to our finer 8 to 11mm beaded necklaces and pearls or our wire multistrands.

It is pictured here with an 8mm amethyst bead necklace, the gold and purple making for a regal combination. This is also a lovely clasp to add in series with a larger one when creating extra length and drama. It goes particularly well with our green amber clasp by way of little gold adaptor.

Interchangeable chrysoprase ovoid clasp measuring approximately 21mm in length by 14mm at its widest. A vivid green clasp with one or two black inclusions near its gold plated steel mechanism.

This relatively small clasp pairs beautifully with our steel mesh necklet for a simple, but striking look. It combines equally well with purple amethyst, cream pearl or denim blue lapis lazuli. This clasp is handmade in our Windy Arbour studio and is pictured with a black wire multistrand necklace.

Interchangeable dark blue Murano glass ball clasp measuring approximately 18mm or 20mm round and fitted with steel mechanisms. This shiny blue clasp pairs well with pearls, rock crystal and and amazonite. It looks equally well when combined with any of our rubber, leather and steel necklaces.

Pictured here with a 14mm round matte black onyx necklace the dark blue pops against the black of necklace. It is a sophisticated look that can be lengthened by adding another clasp in series - perhaps a large steel cylinder clasp.
