Interchangeable 10 and 12mm round amethyst bead necklaces measuring approximately 17 inches in length with steel fittings. Created in our Dublin 14 studio this necklace is hand knotted between each bead using complementary purple coloured string for a high quality finish that will stand the test of time.

Purple is always a popular colour and pairs well with golds, pinks and greens. Pearl is another complementary combination though invariably you will have your own favourite. Perhaps this jasper pebble clasp? As with all of our necklaces, it can be closed with more than one clasp to create extra length and interest.

These sparkling clear beads pair well with any of our clasps and their neutral tone means they’ll go with almost any outfit. Pictured here with a turquoise ovoid interchangeable clasp they are bright and eye-catching. However, swap that for a subtle steel ball clasp and create a sophisticated change in the flick of a wrist. Interchangeable cream freshwater pearl necklace measuring 17 1/2inches in length plus clasp, with steel fittings. These 9-9.5mm pearls are quite substantial with a really good, even lustre. They have a certain amount of blemish, but this does not detract from the overall look. These are the smallest of three sizes of cream pearl in stock and can be strung at different lengths.

Cream pearls are perfectly neutral and pair beautifully with all manner of clasp. They are a great way to finish a wedding outfit particularly as the clasp can pull in any colour you like. They are pictured here with a rough aquamarine feature clasp.

All our pearls are strung by hand in the traditional manner with a knot between each pearl so that should the necklace break after years of wear, no more than one pearl will be lost. Knotting also creates a little distance between each pearl so that they are not rubbing against each other - undoubtedly best practice when stringing pearls or any other gemstone beads.

Just one of a number of pearl strands available, these 10.5-11mm cream freshwater pearls are the perfect starting point for any Clasped collection and a great choice for the mother of the bride.

Measuring 17 inches in length and handknotted between each pearl they will look well with any golden clasp. A noticeably larger set than the 9-9.5mms pearls this strand will also complement amethyst, tanzanite and amazonite (pictured).

Don't forget that your own pearls can be restrung with Clasped's interchangeable system should you wish.

The largest of our current stock of pearls, these 11-12mm round cream freshwater pearls can’t fail to make a statement. As ever pearl is the perfect neutral on which to build a look and this strand will pair with any and all clasps ranging from 14mm and up. They are pictured here variously with a golden murano glass clasp, a gold cylinder clasp and an amethyst nugget clasp in series.

Measuring 18 inches in length and handknotted between each pearl they are largely blemish free with a reasonable lustre and a good spherical shape. These beauties have been finished with 14ct yellow gold fittings.
